The location made exploring easy. I walked to cafes and saw lively streets. the bus and taxi station are so close. That was really convenient. breakfast had a nice choice, it lacked toast and fresh fruit. i appreciated the helpful, cheerful staff.

the wifi connection wasn't great, this made it hard to stay connected.

i really appreciated the hotel's central location, near many restaurants. the staff was friendly, always smiling. the hotel provided a clean and warm environment. it made getting around the city very convenient, which i loved.

The room was a bit dusty. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The comfort double room was super clean and cozy. I had space to move. the bed had comfortable bedding. the room provided good heating, which i appreciated. i found the room super clean.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center. Everything was within walking distance. taxi and bus stations were a short walk away. lively street scenes were right outside the door. the hotel made exploring the city very easy.

The reception staff was helpful and cheerful. They provided excellent service. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. they always greeted me with a smile. the automatic check-in was fast and easy.

luggage storage was available, very useful. i was able to leave my luggage after checking out. this made my last day much easier. the hotel also provided good soundproofing.

The location is central providing easy access to many attractions the automated check-in process worked as expected

The room I booked did not match the photos online its windows were positioned high I could only see out if I stood on the bed. The space between the bed and the wall was very narrow it felt quite cramped. The stairs leading up to the hotel were also quite dirty I found this unacceptable. The restaurant lacked quality it was an average experience.

broken showerindifferent receptionist

the shower i used had a broken setting and water constantly dripped. this was quite annoying. the receptionist seemed indifferent about my concerns. i found plastic on the floor in my room also which was a big turn off. the room itself wasn't very big either. i expected a bit more for the price i paid.
