I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Cologne, making it easy to explore. However, the rooms were quite small and hot, especially with no air conditioning. The service could be better, as I encountered some rude staff. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improvements in comfort and service would make it much better.
